Each of our leather goods is made to order (none are mass produced), please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once orders are placed.
 
Warranty, Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We take pride in every single piece we produce and guarantee each item for its natural life. Should our bags fail due to poor workmanship (normal tear and wear and intentional abuse not included) at any time, simply return it for complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion.
If you do not like the product (except for custom items) you may return it or exchange within two weeks of receipt of your order with the item(s) in new and unused condition.
