Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we would like your online shopping experience to be quick, simple and hassle-free. We offer FREE shipping within the Continental U.S. Excluding Hawaii, Canada and International addresses.

We take pride in every single piece we produce and most of the items carry a natural lifetime guarantee. Should our bags fail due to poor workmanship (normal tear and wear,intentional abuse and misuse are not included) during their natural life, simply return it for complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion.

If you do not like the product for any reason, you may return it or exchange within two weeks (14 days) of receipt of your order.  Items need to be in new and unused condition.

Custom items are not refundable.

Please note occasional natural markings, grains, and slight texture variation are unique characters to the premium hides we use, they are brand new and not used in anyway.  We do not use batch painted and heavily processed hides which will yield 100% uniformity in each hide which we believe defeats the purpose of having leather goods.

Most of our leather items are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery once orders are placed.
