White Sycamore's success is built on customer satisfaction and our fan base.  We guarantee all of our leather goods to be free of workmanship and material defects, should any item fail due to such cause (except normal tear & wear and intentional abuse), simply send us an email detailing the reason for return, we will then provide a refund, exchange or repair at our discretion. 

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the item, you may make an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date with the item(s) in new, unused condition.

We offer FREE shipping to any address in the Continental U.S. Excluding Hawaii, Canada and International addresses.

Most of our leather goods are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery once orders are placed.
